PGI litigates on matters concerning the ownership of art works; represents Italian artists on issues of intellectual property and represented insurance clients on claims arising for any reason, from damage to theft to valuation-related issues. Finally, PGI advises clients on issues such as theft of Etruscan objects and jewelry; repatriation of stolen items to Italy; export of ancient art works from Italy to foreign countries and intellectual property issues related to the duplication of art works by purchasers. |
